Welcome! I’m Aoom (Amy), a dedicated wedding and event planner with over a decade of experience. My love for travel, cultural exploration, and culinary adventures led me to discover my true passion in event planning.
Growing up in Koh Samui, I’m deeply connected to the island’s rich traditions and culture. My family’s long-standing ties to this beautiful place allow me to offer a truly authentic and local touch to every event I design.
Now based between Koh Samui and Norway, I’m fortunate to blend the inspiration and beauty of two incredible places in the events I create. Whether you're dreaming of a tropical island celebration or a Nordic-inspired gathering, I bring a unique perspective shaped by both worlds.

Venue & Vendor Recommendations
Based on our initial conversation, I’ll provide you with a list of venues and vendors tailored to your vision. Each recommendation is carefully selected to match your style, needs, and budget.
Planning & Coordination
As you move forward with your choices, I’ll support you with tools like event timelines, checklists, and budget trackers. I’ll coordinate with vendors and ensure all the details are lined up, keeping everything on track as you approach the event.
Onsite Coordination or Handover: Your Choice
As your event day approaches, you can choose to have me onsite to oversee everything, or I can seamlessly hand over to a trusted day-of coordinator. Either way, I’ll ensure a smooth transition so you can enjoy the day stress-free.

As your personal event consultant, I’m here to guide you through the entire planning process, helping you make informed decisions, choose the best vendors, and ensure your event is everything you’ve dreamed of.
“Since booking in January , communication with Aoom (the wedding planner) was seamless - nothing was too much effort and even my extremely lengthy emails, were responded to quickly. I was slightly concerned at how simple things seemed and how my many (many!) Pinterest ideas all seemed to be good to go...I definitely had no need to be concerned, everything I asked for and more was provided on the day. I didn’t have to think about placing signs, flowers, table plans etc as this was all dealt with and looked better than I could have imagined or suggested. The attention to detail was incredible. The hotel sorted photographers, the videographer, entertainment and hair and make up and these were all in keeping with the resorts very high standards. Aoom ensured that we were all relaxed by taking care of everything - my family and friends all commented on her attentiveness. ”
